In September 2011 two Adelante supporters will be coming to Leon to build a playground at the schoolhouse in Maranonal! Jay Sueno and Megan Arhart have organized this project from Seattle, WA. They will be assisting a local welder with the construction of two swing sets, a see-saw, monkey bars and tires.

This playground is being built in efforts to bring the community of Maranonal together, and to encourage kids to adopt a healthy active lifestyle. We hope that it will create a greater awareness of the importance of outdoor physical activity for all ages.
